Sexy. Dress to impress. All black from head to toe.

Can I bring my kids?
No. While we'd love to celebrate with your kids, unfortunately we do not have the capacity to fit children in our venue. We've contacted The Babysitting Company, which offers reliable, fully-vetted babysitters who can come to your hotel if you choose to bring your children to Philadelphia with you. Let us know if you'd like us to connect you with them.

How about a plus-one?
Due to limited space, we do not have room for many plus-ones.
If "and guest" or your plus-one's name is written on your wedding invitation, you can bring someone.

Will any parts of the wedding day be outside?
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place ​on the rooftop of BOK Technical High School. Access to the rooftop is via elevator. In the event of rain, both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be relocated indoors.

What is the weather like that time of year in Philly?
Temperatures in late September are typically in the mid-70's.

How far are the hotels from one another?
The hotels above are within 3-5 minute walking distance from one another. Walking routes are flat, well-lit, and fully paved.

What is the best way to get to & from the wedding venue?
Shuttle service will be provided between BOK and The Ritz-Carlton throughout the evening. Shuttles from The Ritz-Carlton to BOK will depart in waves from 3pm - 4pm and will be assigned to guests closer to the wedding date. Shuttles from BOK to The Ritz-Carlton will depart in waves from 10:30pm - 12:30am. Parking is extremely limited near the venue, so we highly recommend you take advantage of the shuttle service or plan to utilize a rideshare service, like Uber or Lyft.​
